The dealership was very welcoming, took my car in right away, and did a 30,000 mile check up. It took much longer than I thought for the initial check up, and then I needed to wait for the brakes and rotors, Valet service brought me home, so I could wait there. Overall it was a positive experience, though the huge bill. I don't know the name of the service provider I worked with. More
