I waited 20 min for a test drive, then during negotiations it was about 15 min gaps where I was left at a desk to wait to find out what the next number would be for the purchase. Didn't really feel like I was getting a consultative approach or anything. Wasn't asked why I was in the market for a car, etc. When I got to financing, the woman I worked with pushed HARD to get me to get more warranties until I eventually said 'I don't know how else to say this, I don't want any of that' So I love the car, but the customer experience was about what people's impressions are of car dealerships.
