This was my first time buying a new car and the experience was great! Adam was very knowledgeable about Hyundai’s which was very helpful. When I went there I was convinced I would be leaving with experience was great! Adam was very knowledgeable about Hyundai’s which was very helpful. When I went there I was convinced I would be leaving with the Sonata, but Adam suggested I try out the Elantra. After test driving the Elantra I was sold! Not to mention all of the great features that it came with. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go here to purchase a new or used car. More

Adam was polite and helpful in every aspect of buying my new car. After making our purchase, he explained all the features and if I needed help with anything, he said "just stop by and I'll be glad to hel new car. For anyone familiar with being a first time buyer it is not a walk in the park. To add onto that obstacle I am 22. After having wasted months hunting for a used or new car, I decided to take my co-workers not a walk in the park. To add onto that obstacle I am 22. After having wasted months hunting for a used or new car, I decided to take my co-workers advice and take a trip to Fitzgerald. From the minute I had contacted Adam he demonstrated the emphasis they place on customer service and satisfaction. I received several calls from Adam within the hour that I had called him inquiring about a Genesis Coupe. Various other dealerships either called looking to sway me into another car or simply never called back. On 01/24/14 when I met Adam at Fitzgerald, he wanted to show me what he had in stock in terms of the Genesis Coupe right off from the start. I did not feel pressured to focus on any particular car including the GC. Since I haven't driven manual cars in quite some time, he did not mind taking his time to ensure that I felt safe in the car as well as comfortable. I was absolutely amazed with the 2013 Genesis Coupe R-Spec from the minute I sat in the driver seat. Following the demonstration, I was introduced to Debbie Greene who would be taking over the financial aspect of the deal. I would like to clarify that Adam and Debbie are some of the most amazing individuals I have met. Being as how I have no credit due to paying everything in cash (I believe if I don't have the money for it then I can't buy it, but my family need a 4th car and a replacement to my current one which was not in working condition). Every other dealership I went to flat out said I was not approved by ANY bank or finance institution for a USED car. Yet somehow they said I could be approved for a new car....? Either way, Debbie was straight forward and told me what the odds were of getting financed with my current situation making sure that I did not get my hopes up and stayed focused on the facts. The first offer I received was to get financed at 16% which is obviously higher than anyone would venture off to agree to. In her expertise she managed to contact various financial bodies and acquired financing for my car at 8.75%, which albeit is a high interest rate, it was in her professional judgment that it would be the best offer for me given my nonexistent credit history. I also signed for the financing and car with no cosigner. I walked in at 2pm on friday and by 6pm I was out of the front door driving a new 2013 Genesis Coupe R-Spec. No hassle, runarounds, hidden agendas or prices. The prices Fitzgerald offers are not only competitive, but are extremely reasonable. They believe in full transparency and since the salesmen don't receive any commission they truly want you to be happy with the car you decide to buy. My family was so impressed with the way business was handled that two of our cars will need to be replaced since we've had them for almost 10 yrs a piece, and we will not be going anywhere except Fitzgerald. I apologize for this extensive review, but I felt it was the only way to truly reveal how amazing this dealership is in comparison to others that only care about the sale instead of the customer. Adam provided excellent overviews of a new 2013 Santa Fe and a 2013 Sonata. He answered our questions in a straightforward, no nonsense fashion. Moreover, in addition to being quite professional, he was very friendly to both me and my wife. He went out of his way to help us make the arrangements for our trade and worked with Debbie the finance manager to facilitate getting a duplicate title because we'd lost the original. Debbie worked very hard to beat the finance deal that our credit union had pre-approved for us and definitely succeeded! She explained various additional value adds and worked with us, without pressuring us to select the package that best suited our needs. This dealer definitely lives up to their reputation as a "no hassle" dealer. I strongly urge any car buyer who's ever been held hostage by some bubba dealer in a big hat, to give Fitzgerald Hyundai a shot. You won't be sorry, even if you don't do a deal. By the way, their no hassle price was less than the Edmonds true market value for the vehicle we actually purchased. By the way, Adam followed up on our Santa Fe purchase and indicated that he'd be more than willing to answer any questions. My wife is getting used to the rear-view camera and definitely sees its value! More

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I honesly hate shopping for a car. However, my experience was a pleasant one. I did not feel pressured. He took the time to explain everything to me with regards to the operation of the vehicle. He was always courteous and pleasant. The entire staff was great. Very friendly.
