I don't have much experience with the dealership to say only a few times I had visited the dealership in my life when I needed but because you asked me I will be honest with my experience I own two vehicle only a few times I had visited the dealership in my life when I needed but because you asked me I will be honest with my experience I own two vehicles one is luxes GX from 2013 and this Audi RXQ8 2024 almost one year so that's mean I have more experience with luxe dealership more than Audi dealership let me explain to you what other dealerships did to me when I sent them my car for service they hand me another car to use it until my car is ready for pick up but I don't see any of those benefits services with Audi dealership . More

Service advisor was not very knowledgeable and lacks maturity. Impossible to reach and did not follow up on part that was ordered, but never ordered.
