I spent over three hours at the dealership, when I already knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I would pay. I had to deal with the sales manager, as my sales person didn't really have answers on a already knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I would pay. I had to deal with the sales manager, as my sales person didn't really have answers on a deal. I had to send the sales manager back three times in pricing (when deals/discounts were advertised online), as he tries to haggle and even stated that the online price was final despite the obvious ADDITIONAL offers for trade-in AND financing with GM. I had to ask the sales person for my keys back before the sales manager came back with a third offer that actually matched the online discounts. Then, once I went to financing the finance person attempted to stick me with an interest rate more than 2% higher than what it should have been based on GM offers and my credit rating. So, I had to literally tell the finance person that the rate offered was too high. Bought the car, after conditions were met, but the haggle and time was horrible. The dealership will still make money on my purchase AND the financing bank will, too. Negative buying experience, even though I got the car (and package) that I wanted. More

The buying experience was very easy since the vehicle was purchased on line. The salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Wish the DEF tank was full upon delivery, little over 1/2 full. Also, so purchased on line. The salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Wish the DEF tank was full upon delivery, little over 1/2 full. Also, someone should have mentioned that an insurance rider was needed before the vehicle could be released. Here in Tenn only the insurance card proving coverage is needed. More
