Bought a 2019 gmc sierra from them ended up having to spend $1600 to fix the alignment and put new rotors and brakes on it, i understand that i bought a used vehicle but still at this price point i shoul spend $1600 to fix the alignment and put new rotors and brakes on it, i understand that i bought a used vehicle but still at this price point i shouldn’t have the problems that i did. I test drove the vehicle but some things are just not noticable until you drive the vehicle for a couple of days, after discovering the issues i contacted the sales rep whose name i will not disclose, they refused to do anything about it and stopped communicating completely. This was my third vehicle from the kelly group and probably the last one after this experience . More
