The are not ethical. They do a bait and switch and charge for items you don't need. After talking with the service manager she gave me an attitude and woke response. The amount of time it took to complete a basic oil change while I waited was excessive and communication was terrible. Appointment at 10am, didn't get out of there until after 12:30pm?
