I had a great experience purchasing my F150 from Riata Ford. Michael Jackson, my sales repetitive was kind and patient helping me select my truck. The next morning I realized it was missing a key, importa Ford. Michael Jackson, my sales repetitive was kind and patient helping me select my truck. The next morning I realized it was missing a key, important feature (no fault of the sales rep) and needed to exchange for another truck. The sales manager greeted me at the front door with kindness and A.J. helped me get the truck I wanted with all the features I needed. Oscar in finance was patient and very helpful. They made buying my first truck a fun experience. I will be recommending Riata Ford to my friends and family. Thank you. Gary More

We were referred to the manager of this dealership. We walked in to order a vehicle that we were told would possibly get a discount when it came in. Manager handed us over to Ajay who took our order. 5 walked in to order a vehicle that we were told would possibly get a discount when it came in. Manager handed us over to Ajay who took our order. 5 minutes of work. When it came in, no discount, didn't go with us on the test drive, and when I asked him to explain what was different than my current truck, he said other than a bigger screen, he didn't know, I would have to read the owners manual. Handed me the keys and said thanks. They were happy to take our full msrp, but couldn't be bothered to actually give customer service once they got our money. More
