I continue to be pleased with Bowditch Ford’s kind and thoughtful service. I am sorry “pick up and deliver service is no longer available. However, I found Al to be very accommodating. He told me when to come back so I wouldn’t have to wait so long to have my car inspected. So I did my weekly grocery shopping and returned at his recommend time. Then waited only about 45 minutes for the job to be finished. And he didn’t charge me for the inspection. So yes, I am pleased with the service you offer. More

My service guy Al is the man. I showed up early using the quick lane service option provided by Bowditch. I was there for state inspection and an oil change on my 2019 F150. Durin I showed up early using the quick lane service option provided by Bowditch. I was there for state inspection and an oil change on my 2019 F150. During my inspection they found my brakes were worn. Al was honest and presented me options. I opted for the best for me. They fixed the issues and I was on my way ... 2 hours. Nice job Bowditch service team. Oh they also gave me a senior citizen discount on everything they could. More

Excellent competent service! ! The best!! We went to southern Ford Newport news and they could not fix our truck in 3 months. On the other hand bowdwitch did it in 24 hours just b ! The best!! I have been in several times and notice the "fix" is typically to reset the service engine notification. I am not an expert however I have worked on several vehicles over the years and was taught that i typically to reset the service engine notification. I am not an expert however I have worked on several vehicles over the years and was taught that is not the solution. I then have had to bring the vehicle back in and am charged more money to actually fix the issue. In essence I'm being charged twice for the issue that was not addressed. Additionally, the service manager Al is not very customer service friendly. Not allowing me to explain the issue and share what I'm experiencing with the vehicle. More
