The Salesman-Manager at Upstate, Attica New York was so good to me. His name is Al Ficarella. He helped me chose the right vehicle for me to lease. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY. More
