The service advisor Patrik Shea-Hovesta was very supportive, courteous and understanding when I spoke with him that my car was being towed in about an hour and he told me he would wait till I arrive supportive, courteous and understanding when I spoke with him that my car was being towed in about an hour and he told me he would wait till I arrived as they leave at 5pm. My tow came early and I was there before closing. He kept me posted on what happened to my car along with updates on repairs, along with the cost. My car was ready at the time I was told. I had a few questions which he answered and if he didn’t know the answer he asked a coworker. I would go back and request Patrik; as he made me feel comfortable when I asked questions about the car, which some S. Advisors can make you feel like your bothering them. More
