This was my best experience in buying a new car in decades !! Tom Ryan was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the car we was interested in, as well as its competitors. He clearly explained all of the bells and whistles, as well as the basics, so that we could make an informed decision on the purchase of a new car. When the decision was made to purchase from Hoffman, Tom treated us like family - giving us the very best price he could, which was damn good! In the Finance department Al Ramos was fantastic as well. He was clear, patient, and provided recomemndations based on our specific case. Again, the best Finance guy at a dealership in decades. Based on these initial interactions with Hoffman, I can only expect the very best when my Lexus comes in for service. Tom and Al - you guys ROCK! More

Excellent, excellent Excellent from the time I walked through the front doors. If you want great service, honest staff, great pre owned cars then hoffman is the place to go.
