Honest dealership that will not pressure you. I purchased a 2018 CPO Crosstrek and had a pleasant experience throughout the process. Drove all the way from NYC to this dealer because of the great selection, arrived a bit late, and despite the dealer closing early that day the staff stayed late to make sure I could drive the car home the same day. Alan and Carlos were very helpful, I highly recommend Colonial Subaru. More

You snooze, you lose. Bought it elsewhere. Went to Colonial knowing what package we wanted on our Forester. Guy wouldn't even work with us, wouldn't give us any prices. We said we also had a trade in - he wasn't interested and didn't even have anyone look at our vehicle to trade. Totally baffled why he just didn't seem to care to make a sale. We left bewildered, and he didn't even offer his business card. Seemed to be very poor sales. Waste of time. We wound up having a completely opposite experience down the road at Brewster Subaru and can't recommend them highly enough! We ultimately made our purchase with Brewster. More
