This dealership is unscrupulous and untrustworthy. I bought a used car with severe amounts of undisclosed damage that shows the car was either not inspected, inspected by someone who is unqualified a I bought a used car with severe amounts of undisclosed damage that shows the car was either not inspected, inspected by someone who is unqualified and without technical knowledge, or inspected and sold knowingly without disclosing the damage. Once you drive off the lot they will ignore any issues. Alan is misleading and dishonest and his behavior embodies all the reasons people distrust and dislike car dealerships. We had agreed on, written down, and signed that the dealership needed to repair a dent on the car and between Alan and Austin in Finance, that document disappeared leaving me with nothing but a verbal promise that they still intend to fix the dent. I had damage reveal itself by the time I drove home due to the poor quality of the undisclosed repair work and after I got off the phone, I instantly knew I was scammed into buying a damaged car. I have so much anxiety about the safety and those have not been looked into. They are telling me they would never sell a car that was in an accident or unsafe, but also say they didn't know there was repair work done. Undisclosed repairs that would have been apparent to any technician if someone had actually looked at it and that have confirmed with an inspection from a capable technician. They have no empathy for their customers. Nabil is awful to work with too. If you want to speak with a sales manager who is dismissive and unkind, you can go to him with any complaints. He left me a voicemail saying the car is undamaged even thought I have pictures of the car still on their lot with that dent. Unreal. Evan is nice, but unhelpful but at least he was nice to me on the phone. More

My husband and I have bought many cars in our life time but the experience with Mason Baker at the Hyundai dealership was by far the very best car sale associate we have ever met. He had exceptional custom but the experience with Mason Baker at the Hyundai dealership was by far the very best car sale associate we have ever met. He had exceptional customer service and he exceeded all of our expectations. Mason was thorough from the moment I spoke to him over the phone about EV's. He truly loves his job and wants his customer to understand the vehicle and wants to make you happy with your purchase. We never felt pressured or uneasy. We have now become loyal customers at Ron Tonkin Hyundai after this top notch car buying experience! More
