I have purchased 3 cars through Findlay Toyota Prescott and have never had a problem with them. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Mr. Hoover was courteous, professional and very easy to work with, his customer service skills are outstanding. He made purchasing our vehicle easy from start to finish. On the test drive he was very in work with, his customer service skills are outstanding. He made purchasing our vehicle easy from start to finish. On the test drive he was very informative about the vehicles capabilities. He also basically explained the automotive and technological capabilities of the automobile, He also offered for us to come back and he would get down into the weeds on any questions or concerns we have, Sydney was also helpful on addressing any questions we had on the technological portion, Bluetooth, registering phone and FOB etc. Randy was also informative on capabilities of the Toyota (Randy Rocks) More

We contracted through Alan Hoover 2 Rave 4s and he helped us to decide given the milage and quality of the last Rave 4 to purchase it outright.
