From a service aspect Faukner Toyota Trevose is top notch, I had an issue with the navigation in my Highlander, I brought it in to be assessed, it was discovered that the entire head unit had to be rep notch, I had an issue with the navigation in my Highlander, I brought it in to be assessed, it was discovered that the entire head unit had to be replaced, they sent me home and would call when the new one arrived, in about a week or so it made it to the dealership, with a cracked screen! Brad, the service advisor even sent me a picture to avoid any doubt in my mind. The “next” new one arrived in another week or so, I was called to come in, I left with a loaner car happy and looking forward to getting my car back with a working navigation system. A few days later and I was all fixed up! I also had an issue with an oil leak, this too was faced head on, they had the car for over a week, the leak wasn’t that bad, but the location it was in made it take as long as it did. In an effort to be clear and honest they do try to “upsell” on certain things, as any dealership does, but are not over pushy. Any issue I’ve had, and they were only the two I described were corrected to my satisfaction in a professional and prompt manner. The fact that they supplied me with a loaner is very important to me as well, I give Faukner Toyota a solid 5/5. I’m confident that you will feel the same way if a problem arises with your Toyota! More

When it was my turn to buy my first car, there was no question — a Toyota from Alan was the move. And I am so, so glad I did. Alan wrote the definition of what car buying should be, and I now understand why my parents kept going back: he is happy, helpful, patient, transparent, and overall just easy to work with, always. There are no games with Alan, just trust, honesty, and helpful information. He's able to read between the lines of what I thought I wanted and, using his vast experience & knowledge, steer me toward what I actually wanted and needed. I am SO happy with every details of my car. The finance manager Alan paired me with, Jordan, who handled my loan, was also incredible. He made sure I understood everything I was signing so there were no surprises and never once tried to rush through anything. I share this too as another example of the priority Faulkner has clearly instilled in their people: to treat customers like friends, with trust, honesty, and transparency, rather than as just another sale. Not only are the people great, Toyotas are the real deal. We’ve never had a single issue with any of our Toyotas over the years; they have their reliable reputation for a reason. I am beyond happy with my car, and I know I’m in good hands when I return for service. Thanks for everything, Alan, Jordan, and Faulkner!
