The salesman ZULFI CHOUDHRY helped me with the transition. He was extremely helpful to me during the processing. The whole process was smooth because of his great assistance. Also, Gary Yannibelli helped me in the beginning. He was very helpful but had to be out for medical reasons. Zulfi Choudhry stepped in to work on the purchase transition. Zulfi was wonderful and took care of everything in the process. I am very pleased with everything.

I have tried to get my car fixed on multiple occasions,
and it was returned to me in poor condition with the same problems present. I can understand the first and second maybe a third time for a difficult

Communication regarding the status of my car Would be more than a week between updates and this is hard to understand. When I receive my car, it appeared to still be dismantled. The windshield had oil where the mechanic worked in its vicinity and trash was left in the backseat. Multiple screws were left missing in the engine compartment, hood latch not properly secured and this was not addressed after Making it apparent. There is much to improve on at Big Star.
