When my primary sales person was not in, someone else was always willing to jump in and help. They said it would take about four months to to build and deliver the car I wanted, and it did. Amazing Transaction I inquired about a GLS on the website and had a response within 30 minutes,, followed by an email from Alex Bovee (salesman). When I got to the dealership, which is 67 miles away, Alex was ready for me. We reviewed the car, talked about my desires, and he suggested a different vehicle - a GLE350. This is a step down from the GLS. We drove one and I ended up buying a 2020 GLE350. It took about 4 weeks to be received from the factory. During that time we talked regularly so that I was kept up to speed on the progress. Everyone I spoke to was more than willing to help, even if it wasn't their job description. I have never felt more welcome at any dealership. More
