Bought a 2016 ford expedition brought up issues I heard during the test drive to Damon and McKinsey I was told service would Look at them. I was told there wasn’t anything wrong and everything was address during the test drive to Damon and McKinsey I was told service would Look at them. I was told there wasn’t anything wrong and everything was addressed so I signed paperwork. Later on after giving me the keys I found out the remote start module was fried so I left it for them to fix found out they said they had to order parts. 30 days later I found out they waited to put it thru my ford premium care and they took care of the ductiable so they didn’t pay the cost and labor. Told them about other nosies which I was told it’s has a 100k put premium fuel in it which was not the issue the plug needed to be changes as well as it needs 14,000 worth of work to be done If they were honest I would have looked for another car. Now service manage tim blew me off and felt after going over his head to jr everything was being covered up this is my 4 th car I have brought from them and being a service member I feel them flying a wounded warrior flag is a cover up to welcome member to sell them problem cars. I have contacted ford motor company, local media and will be sharing Experiance with family friends and co workers STAY AWAY Damon and McKenzie were great people JR is the one who I felt was the bad energy and turned good sale people into to sharks Damon was always honest but Jr had a bad influence and would force his hand in the other direction More

Quick Help at the Service Unfortunately I got new tires mounted on my Ford Explorer at Walmart and they messed up my tire pressure sensors. Walmart told me to drive to the next Unfortunately I got new tires mounted on my Ford Explorer at Walmart and they messed up my tire pressure sensors. Walmart told me to drive to the next Ford dealership to get a diagnostic and see whats wrong. Obviously Ford didn't cause this problem but Alex was very helpful and immediately took my car in for a quick check. The technician and Alex told me that three tire pressure sensors and two stem valves are damaged and need to be replaced. They got me a quote for the tire pressure sensors. From walking in the door and driving out with an accurate diagnostic it took me 10 min. Wow, Thanks! More

Awesome Best dealership ive been to. Everyone in the service center was very nice. Alex was awesome and handled everything i needed done and he had it done fa Best dealership ive been to. Having a loaner car was nice too. Overall A+. More
