I had way too many miles on my current lease and Alex did a great job reaching out to me several times (I was not sure now was the right time for a trade in) and eventually convinced me to come in and discuss option. While in the dealership I appreciated Alex being very honest and easy to work with, and did not pressure or make the transaction uncomfortable. Cedric was great during the finance piece and did a nice job explaining my options, however wasn't pushy. You could tell the things he was trying to sell me were important and not because he was trying to make some quota. Overall great experience! More
