Not sure why they continued to play it out if they were willing to go lower? Everyone was polite enough but definitely giving off the impression they’d rather be somewhere else. No one I interacted with appeared to enjoy working there and it definitely translated. Again, nothing to complain about necessarily… you just feel like spending $40k on a new vehicle should come with a bit higher level of customer interaction. Overall 3 out of 5 More

I purchased a used car from the Nazareth Ford last month (June) and will not be returning to this dealer. In addition to the usual and expected annoying sales tactics (meeting multiple “managers”, stepping (June) and will not be returning to this dealer. In addition to the usual and expected annoying sales tactics (meeting multiple “managers”, stepping away for 15-20 minutes at a time, doing their own research in real-time about pricing while I sat and waited, repeatedly pushing financing despite my clear desire to pay cash, etc.) the primary salesperson engaged in some shady practices on the day of the sale. After not reaching an agreement on the car’s price initially, we finally haggled to an agreeable number within a week and set an appointment to finalize the sale. Nothing too bad so far. However, on the day of the sale, the salesperson was threatening to sell the car to someone else after already agreeing to a price and final appointment time with me (same day), despite me physically being in a bank and obtaining a certified check for the car and arriving at the dealership with the hour after the call. Whether or not the other buyer the salesperson mentioned was real or not does not matter. He already agreed on a price and set an appointment time for paperwork with me, I obtained a certified check, and I made no inference whatsoever of backing out of the sale. On top of this, when I arrived to finalize the sale, they did not have enough staff to handle the paperwork and I was waiting over an hour for someone to show up. In all fairness, the car price and initial process was fair enough and went somewhat as expected. But the methods this salesperson utilized were unprofessional, to put very mildly. If you want an honest and easy car-buying experience, you will NOT find it here unfortunately. In fairness too, I am not mentioning the salesperson’s name, but you can easily find it by looking at other published negative reviews. I should have read those reviews prior myself. More
