My experience with this dealership has been completely unacceptable. I’ve seen them respond to negative reviews by telling customers to contact the General Manager or Customer Representative. If they post anything similar under this review, I’ll take it as an invitation to attach screenshots of my email communication. After being repeatedly redirected, placed on long holds, and given no accountability, I met in person with the General Manager, Alex, and the salesperson, JR Ravi. They promised follow‑up, but nothing happened until I chased them and even then, the information provided was inaccurate. Despite trading in two vehicles, the dealership failed to send the payoffs timely or provide reliable tracking information. This left me paying for vehicles I no longer own. The Auditor’s Office also confirmed the dealership shared an incorrect taxable value and never processed the plate transfer. Nearly three months later, the plate transfer still isn’t completed, and I haven’t been able to drive the car because of this. Optional warranties I canceled almost two months ago weren’t actually canceled until I followed up again — and some still remain unresolved. This dealership has delivered the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered — careless, misleading, and completely lacking accountability. More

Bought a Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy AWD and everyone I dealt with was very professional and very friendly. Tori is excellent and very pleasant to work with. Thomas the Finance Manager is very friendly and helpful. I have bought several cars over the years and this experience was one of the best. More

I had issues with a window tint when I bought my car and she fixed it but still have issues. Although she didn’t seem to want to take the time to go actually look at the second time I had the windows fixed, she fixed it but still have issues. Although she didn’t seem to want to take the time to go actually look at the second time I had the windows fixed, to see the problems I was still having, bubbles and rippling in the tinted window, She said I could wait a few weeks and take it back to the tint guy if I still have this same issue otherwise it’s been a great experience.
