I had an excellent experience working mainly with Alex Rios and Jesse Betts to buy a Championship White colored Civic Type R. I called dozens of dealerships around the country looking for the best deal a Rios and Jesse Betts to buy a Championship White colored Civic Type R. I called dozens of dealerships around the country looking for the best deal and feel fortunate to have had Angela Kim answer the phone at Precision Honda at Downey. I was initially quoted a price over the phone that was higher than I was willing to pay but Angela assured me that Precision Honda would try and match prices that I had been quoted from out of state dealers. Alex quickly presented a fair no nonsense quote by email that I compared to other out of state quotes. After an hour of comparing price quotes I decided to buy the car and was able to put down a $500 deposit by credit card to hold the car. I showed up at Precision Honda the next day to sign the documents and everyone I interfaced with was friendly and made the experience surprisingly pleasant for me. There was absolutely no high pressure salesmanship and Alex was very accommodating with my requests to prep the car for me. The most surprising experience I had was signing documents with financier Jesse Betts. Rather than butting heads over extended warranties, I actually had a great time because Jesse has a good sense of humor and listened to me when I considered the options and made a decision. I definitely recommend working with Alex Rios to buy a car and, if you can, request Jesse to help sign the documents! More
