Alex was really great at making us feel comfortable from beginning to end. He helped us with the test drive, paperwork, and even sincing my phone to the car and taking our celebration photo at the end! The beginning to end. One young lady went out of the dealership to greet us and then the receptionist greeted us as well. The previous day, another young man helped us test drive a different Honda model. And lastly the financial person in charge had us in such a great mood and took care of us as fast as possible which is what we wanted. It was painless, and I'm part of the Honda family. We will definitely return for more! More

I purchased a new vehicle on June 30th and had to return too many times for it to be repaired. This week July 21st will be my first full week having my vehicle due to each week having to take it back to se too many times for it to be repaired. This week July 21st will be my first full week having my vehicle due to each week having to take it back to service. Communication and planning is lacking. I wasted too much time going back and forth to your dealership. My vehicle was detailed- that Black Ice scent is absolutely horrible. He put several of those scent sheets in my car. They should not put scents in cars. More
