Your, so-called, 182 point inspection failed big time, The vehicle was deliverd to me with a non-functioning heater and a intermittent fault in the Infotainment system. I discovered a rodents nest on top of the motor which I cleaned out and noticed rodent damage to the rightside insulation pad that covers the right rocker cover. There was something in the glove box that looks like chocolat and the truck bed was poorly cleaned with even a piece of trash left in it. I've returned the vehicle and was promised all would be taken care of by the sales manager who was quite humbled by everything. The vehicle has been in your possion for almost a week and I've not heard anything as of yet. Overall bad expierence with Freeway Toyota, Ba humbug. I would perfer to have a full refund of my money and be done with your organization. More
