The service department is terrible we were greeted poorly and had bad service with oil change and supposed to be a tire rotation because we do have Jeep wave. We didn’t get a wash the adviser did not go over and had bad service with oil change and supposed to be a tire rotation because we do have Jeep wave. We didn’t get a wash the adviser did not go over the fluids or tire pressure or as not nice at the end. We will not be returning to the service department again. He needs to be retrained and talked to he was rather rude. For how much money we spent on a brand new gladiator we were treated very poorly. More
