Sarasota Subaru was great and had the most inventory. We could not have been more please with our sale agent, Alexis “Lexi” Schlabach. This was our first experience purchasing a car at a dealership! Lexi was an excellent listener, very knowledgeable about the Subaru models, patient and always courteous and professional. We never felt rushed. She answered all of our questions and even gave us a follow up call the next day after purchasing our car! First class customer service!!! The only caveat was we did take out a small loan and a warranty through the business office person but we were not given a copy of our signed paper work that day which we found odd. I emailed the business office next day and we received our paper work. All in all it was a very good experience! I would recommend this dealership to purchase your Subaru and please ask for Lexi! She was amazing! More
