Spitzer dealership was $1,000 less than Diehl dealership. Not sure how two certified jeep service dealers can be $1,000 apart in a repair. Our rear differential was cracked (A KNOWN PROBLEM) but Diehl’s wou Not sure how two certified jeep service dealers can be $1,000 apart in a repair. Our rear differential was cracked (A KNOWN PROBLEM) but Diehl’s would not give us a goodwill warranty (even after quoting us $1,000 more for the SAME repair). This left a bad taste in our mouths which is really sad because this is the fifth jeep that we bought. We buy all our vehicles brand new. So much for customer loyalty so we went out and bought a Honda Passport (Blackout addition) for $56,000 and we paid CASH. We believe Jeep doesn’t want our business and will be sure to spread the word. I’d give Justin Gerg a raise at Spitzer’s. He was very kind and good to deal with. More
