A service team member named Azzy assisted me, and I want to recognize her professionalism. I came in extremely frustrated, and she handled the interaction with patience, respect, and genuine attentiveness. She listened — not just to respond, but to understand — and that made a real difference. I was also personally contacted twice by Don Reich, General Manager. That honestly surprised me. He took the time to read my review, reach out directly, and ask for deeper details about the issues we’ve experienced. Our conversation did not feel scripted or dismissive. He explained warranty coverage clearly, discussed the diagnostic process for the battery, alternator, and electrical system, and spoke in a straightforward, down-to-earth way that I appreciated. Regardless of the ongoing vehicle concerns, I believe good leadership shows in moments like this — when someone steps in, owns the situation, and communicates honestly. Mr. Reich did that. I still expect the mechanical issues to be fully addressed, but today’s communication and customer service from Azzy and Mr. Reich deserve recognition.
