9/10/25 I just got home from buying new tires at Westboro Toyota. The experience was awful. Intending to use my never used spare,I had scheduled 3 new tires with one of the tire chains and discovere Westboro Toyota. The experience was awful. Intending to use my never used spare,I had scheduled 3 new tires with one of the tire chains and discovered that the spare did not match the tires on the truck. This was the third odd thing discovered since buying the vehicle; Upon delivery the salesman was surprised to find no place for a key on the passenger side and no remote opener. When having a remote start installed the service desk claimed I had a remote opener but after some head scratching agreed I did not, and now this unmatched tire, which when I asked about it in my first call to Westboro, created the same head scratching. I first called on 8/28. Asked for a service supervisor thinking this was going to require moving up the ladder, but was asked to explain the problem. I did, adding that I hoped that Westboro might explain this discrepancy and seeing if the dealership could show some consideration if I bought tires there. I was pushed to a supervisor and left a message. Over two days I did not get a call back. I called again and explained and the person took the story down and said she was forwarding it to the service manager. No call back. I called again on 9/3 and was abruptly pushed to a voicemail. I was upset by this treatment and called again and spoke to a woman who took down the whole story and assured me that while the manager was not in that day he would call. He called later that day, apologized for the prior treatment and assured me he would call the next day when he was back in the office. He did not call. I waited until late the next day to call him on his cell which he used to contact me and which he said was ok to call him on. He said he forgot. He then started to investigate the vehicle while I was on the phone and could hear the side conversations coming to a conclusion that Toyota had done some switching “at the port” and that the tires sold should have matched. I asked if he could help me out and after some investigation said he could match the spare and sent the message below with pricing. I did not challenge the pricing, just clarified what was included and asked for the text. He said I could think about it. If you want to go with 3 hankook so would sell those to you for 590.00 plus tax and shop charges and if you wanted the alignment also I would do that for 99.99 I texted back at 9:22 on 9/5 and said I would go with that plan. He responded the next morning and said the tires would be in by 9/9, I checked late on 9/9 and yes they were in and I could have them installed at 8:30am on 9/10. I was advised it would take 2 and a half hours, maybe three. I arrived on 9/10 at 8:33. Checking in I was told there was no note about pricing. I found the text, shared it, the service person checked with the manager and the price quoted was agreed to. The service person advised that it would be about 2 and a half hours. I agreed. After about that length of time he came and told me there was a problem with one of the vales and there would be an extra charge. I agreed. A few minutes before the four and a half mark I went to the desk to inquire. I saw my truck being driven into a bay. The service person was agitated when I complained about the delay and no check in and said, “It will be done in 20-25 minutes and you can just get out of here.” I complained that he had no reason to speak to me that way and went outside to walk off my frustration. At about 1:15 the truck came around and I walked in, paid my bill and went out to go, deciding to check the work I walked around and found the spare tire in the bed of the truck. I went back in, got no apology, he went off, and a man came out of the service area to get the truck and was confused about what I wanted. He didn’t seem to understand that the truck had been in service for nearly 5 hours. He took the truck back into the service area and I waited in the drop off area. A few minutes later he returned to More

This dealership was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I came into Westborough Toyota hoping to not feel taken advantage of but was disappointed to find that that’s I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I came into Westborough Toyota hoping to not feel taken advantage of but was disappointed to find that that’s exactly what happened. Everything went smoothly until I brought it home and was able to drive over 50 mph on the highway where I realized that the whole front end was shaking. This was due to the terrible tires that they tried to get away when selling the car. I then checked the engine with my father who noticed a cracked windshield, and a rats nest in the engine. The brakes were also more than halfway worn. The only thing they agreed to fix was the tires which they took off another 4 runner. When I approached the dealership sales manager to ask how he could of charged me over 900 dollars for a “ready car fee” despite all of these issues being wrong he said “it’s not my problem” his name is Tony. I then was told I needed to go to service where Alfredo was somewhat helpful but only fixed the biggest issue being the tires. The service associate I worked with John told me over the phone that my father was dramatic due to all of the complaints. No one here takes accountability. The cherry on top was when I told them not to put an inspection sticker on based on the untruthful behavior I had already experienced. I showed up to get my car and was told “no one told me”. I had not only told the sales associate and the service associate but written in text messages. I’m disgusted with the issues that I’m still having with the car. They called me after I had written a review that they sent me to fill out received an “apology” phone call and wasn’t offered any services to fix the issues or to compensate the money that was wrongfully owed. My car wasn’t ready in the slightest when I drove it off the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. I am super frustrated with how things were h the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. I am super frustrated with how things were handled being told “it’s a used car”. However, it was new to me and it should have been ready for me. More

I bought a used car and there were problems with the breaks on the very first day I took it home and it was a very upsetting and frustrating process to get Westboro’s attention to the matter. breaks on the very first day I took it home and it was a very upsetting and frustrating process to get Westboro’s attention to the matter. Very racist kind of behavior. It seems no one wants to do a business with non American communities. Pointing fingers so aggressively towards my wife and talking very loud. Worst car buying experience. Misrepresentation misleading unreliable bare minimum customer service if any. Presentation of the car was even aweful. Safety issues noted to be fixe Misrepresentation misleading unreliable bare minimum customer service if any. Presentation of the car was even aweful. Safety issues noted to be fixed and went as minimal as possible, chasing issues to be taken care of and simple important issues seem to be not to their concern. Salesman used certified safety inspection as a selling point with 160 multipoint inspection thinking it was pre certified and it wasn’t. Asked for the car fax and wasn’t given it until after I signed the papers while finance came over and was in my ear. I felt rushed pressured and I feel bad for anyone who services their car here and doesn’t buy brand new. Huge eye opener to a purchase of a 2 year old car. More
