We had mostly a good experience as our sale rep, Ali, was wonderful to work with. We were surprised the manager did not come out to introduce himself which seems to be customary when buying a car. The manager did negotiate some with us, and we were satisfied with the final price we paid. We were mostly surprised to not receive a full tank of gas and a wash and vacuum of our car before taking it off the lot. We have bought new cars for the past several years, so perhaps this is what happens when buying a slightly used car. We know we had the option to buy the Bomnin care for about $1200, but it seems sending the car off the lot in pristine condition would just be good customer service. More
