I waited for 10 mins before I was helped, while workers stood there talking each other. When I was finally helped, I was directed to another agent who complained about a customer in front of me to his cow stood there talking each other. I’ve been to 3 different Nissan dealerships for service and they are all the same, second hand low rated service. Y’all commercials talk about how great y’all are yet the quality of service is so poor. The people are nice but that’s about it. More

Alan is a very knowledgeable and intelligent representative. The time for the repair work was very good, but there was an issue with the follow through of the work. Apparently, the mechanic did not perform a complete testing and we got stuck with the vehicle overheating. The car had to be towed and the problem was quickly identified and corrected. We use Alpine exclusively for repairs because it is reputable dealership and even with this inconvenience we will continue to bring our vehicle in for any maintenance required. More
