Subaru of Utica is a very friendly environment. We were greeted at the door by staff and we were lucky to have Kli as our salesman. Kli has a great personality, a great sense of humor, as well as a wealth of knowledge regarding any questions we asked regarding purchasing another Subaru. Along with Kli, we worked with Bailey with the purchasing paper and Val taking time to acquaint us with the new Outback technology. We were shown the Customer area, the service area with explanations of what to expect when we had to have work on our vehicle done. We were very happy with the friendliness of all of the staff asking if we needed anything or if they could help. I am very happy with our experience at Subaru of Utica. A special thank you to Kli, he made our buying experience very good. Thank you, I am now enjoying my third Subaru, my 2026 Outback. More
