All went well except I didn't get an update on the progress of the service. No problem with that. But $900+ for labor is ridiculous. It took 2 1/2 hours. To be told 'Audi requires we charge for that a progress of the service. No problem with that. But $900+ for labor is ridiculous. It took 2 1/2 hours. To be told 'Audi requires we charge for that amount, even if it takes less time than expected to finish' isn't good enough. It was filter changes and fluid changes. That shouldn't cost $1,600. More
