Amanda was really awesome, very organized and had our paperwork ready when we got there .... she treated us like family and treated us with respect... she is an amazing saleswoman... I told Amanda that I wanted a seatbelt fix bcs it didn’t work and for me safety is my priority, she told me that it got fixed but it doesn’t work and I see the only thing they did is put grease and by force work and for me safety is my priority, she told me that it got fixed but it doesn’t work and I see the only thing they did is put grease and by force close it and didn’t care of costumer safety and I said several times that I need that to get fixed and I was willing to pay for the truck before I got it trusting that the seatbelt was going to get fix, I’m very disappointed of this dealer and if I knew that they were not going to fix it then I would not buy it, now I have to pay a dealer to get the seatbelt fix and the only way I will be happy with this place is for you pay for this to Toyota dealer, I trust them bcs they do things right, More
