Service department is wonderful, timely, and professional. The sales department however is consistently dismissive and unprofessional. I got a text from McDonald Toyota offering a competitive of professional. The sales department however is consistently dismissive and unprofessional. I got a text from McDonald Toyota offering a competitive offer for my car while I am waiting for service to get done. I went to ask the sales team and they act like it was a burden to look at the car. Why would you text me to look at the car if you don't want to actually look at it? Big "oh wait I actually have to do my job?" energy. They then proceeded to take an hour looking at the car and waiting for the quote to come in, after I had waited an hour for service mind you on my lunch break. When it was all said and done they come back with an offer that is $180 over my break even point. I would recommend that McDonald Toyota stop using text offers for people in the service center unless they can 1.) give actually competitive offers and 2.) do the appraisal in a timely fashion. More

Every time I come for service there is always an awkwardness when i pull in. This time a woman was talking to 2 service guys personal business. She could have acknowledged my presence and said someo awkwardness when i pull in. This time a woman was talking to 2 service guys personal business. She could have acknowledged my presence and said someone will be right with you. Another guy was on the phone with a customer, he saw me and should have raised a finger to say someone will be right with you. I could not hear the video recording of the inspection. When I made the appointment, I forgot to ask one question. I called back and left a message and did not receive a call back. More
