Excellent, speedy service for my 1st diesel oil change. Amanda exceeded my expectations for vehicle check in and checkout. The person that processed my payment was also very nice. Service took 1 hour which Amanda exceeded my expectations for vehicle check in and checkout. The person that processed my payment was also very nice. Took my care in for a repair, and was told stablizing bar was broken. It was covered under warranty. They fix it, and then the stabiling bar on the other side broke a week later. Took it back, and they said was broken. It was covered under warranty. They fix it, and then the stabiling bar on the other side broke a week later. Took it back, and they said they fixed it. Grt my car back, and it literally feels like the cab is going to fall off the chassis. Vehicle is significantly worse then before. I bring it back AGAIN, and they say its my rotors and pads (which I know it wasnt because I already look at those, but whatever) they add services that I did not agree to and bill me $1100. I get my car back, and it's even worse! The rep tells me to bring it back again. I will, but first I'm taking it to another dealer and a certified Volkswagen mechanic for a diagnosis before I do. I want to expose this service department. I believe that they either have no idea what they are doing, or they are doing things to make me spend unecessarily. I asked to for the manager to call me, but I doubt that will happen. Bottomline, find a different dealership for service. This service department is lacking. And on top of that, the rep who checks you in is always coughing all over the tablet that you use to check in.. I mean gross coughing in the vehicle and everything. He really should wear a face mask. More
