The lady’s name was Teresa and kept sending us between parts instead of getting up out of her chair and asking like why was I doing her job and the guy next to her was not doing that to customers. Then when we asked if they could take the screw out of the key she kept saying no and it was not until pressing the issue to go check. Worst customer service I have ever seen. More

Went in for an oil leak. They found the issue, showed me a picture of the problem and replaced the necessary part. They keep you well informed during the service. I messed up so badly by forgetting my insurance card at home and my phone in my car when I got my ride home. Amelia dealt with the missing card, calling my insurance company and wading through a sea of home and my phone in my car when I got my ride home. Amelia dealt with the missing card, calling my insurance company and wading through a sea of auto responses to finally get to a person and get a copy of my card. And Joe was ever so patient trying to contact me, but - and this part wasn't Joe or Amelia's fault, but your 'text us!' feature on your website sent my messages to Acura Sales, so my efforts to let some in Honda Service know I didn't have my phone and to email me instead of calling didn't get to the right people. I ended up walking two miles to my brother's place to use his phone to get through to service. I also tried various email addresses to no avail,, either. So kudos to Joe and Amelia , and a big Bronx cheer for the "Text Us" and email features. More
