I was not impressed with victory Chevrolet. When I made the appointment they had no clue about the software updates that were required by the dealership. I had a malfunction that is covered by a special replacement that they were unaware. I asked for a light to be cleared from the dashboard they never addressed and I had a 4 wheel drive issue they had to diagnose and it took them 9 days to accomplish without offering a temporary car. Plus a simple but nice gesture would have been to return my car, bare minimum, rinsed off on the outside. Mind you I purchased my truck from victory Chevrolet and several other dealers I have not purchased from washed my vehicles after even simple repairs. I will not be returning to victory Chevrolet. More

The work took 6 days for me to get my truck back for items that should literally take a few hours. Sending vehicles to 3rd party body shops delayed the work and they had my truck for 5 days just to put items that should literally take a few hours. Sending vehicles to 3rd party body shops delayed the work and they had my truck for 5 days just to put the rubber seal on the bottom of the windshield. They didn't do it correctly the first time they had it for weeks fixing a GM paint issue from the factory where they had to remove the windshield to paint the roof. Time is money and it goes both ways. Customer time is just as valuable as the dealership's. More
