Amy Howard

Amy Howard is a Business Development Agent at Jones Ford, proudly serving her hometown of Savannah, TN. In the automotive industry since 2023, she specializes in building relationships with customers across the country and helping them find the perfect vehicle. She attended Jackson State Community College to pursue a career as an RN, but her passion for customer service led her down a different path. Before joining the automotive industry, Amy worked as a licensed cosmetologist for nearly 20 years, where she developed strong customer relationships—an experience that has carried over into her current role at Ford. Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her two grandchildren and family. Her dedication to building connections and providing exceptional customer service makes her a valued member of the Jones Ford team.
