At our initial inspection for our 2017 Jeep Wrangler, they stated that we only needed brakes and rotors and that it would be just under $600. However, the shop LIED to us and in fact withheld a very DANG they stated that we only needed brakes and rotors and that it would be just under $600. However, the shop LIED to us and in fact withheld a very DANGEROUS issue with our vehicle. They failed to tell us that our calipers on our vehicle were frozen at the initial inspection. So, when my husband brought our vehicle in for what we were told would be roughly $600 it wound up being over $1572.38. Now because of your service department my family has had to go with little to no food until the 14th. What your service department did was illegal and immoral considering we are a military family. More

Every time I bring my truck to this RAM dealer, the service is never completed the first time. I always have to call to check on the job, and the truck ends up staying there much longer than they promi service is never completed the first time. I always have to call to check on the job, and the truck ends up staying there much longer than they promised. Most times, I have to bring it back two or three times for the same issue, or a new problem shows up right after they worked on it. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient. They really need to improve their service quality and communication. More

Truck was done when promised… for a simple over priced battery change. Arranged a ride and drove out of my way to pick up vehicle. Dealer initiated Electronic communication was useless.
