Dropped truck off on Sunday evening for work to be done Monday morning maybe 2hr job(tire pressure sensor)called around 11:30 to see if truck was done was told they would have her call me back never got a Monday morning maybe 2hr job(tire pressure sensor)called around 11:30 to see if truck was done was told they would have her call me back never got a call so we stopped in around 5pm and was told we could take truck and bring it back for repair work tomorrow.left truck there got a call Tuesday morning saying truck was done and could pick up anytime..was not happy.this is our 3rd vehicle from them have been good too us till now. More

I had printed instructions of service desired. CHANGE transmission and transfer case fluid and solve an error code for an oil low pressure. My instructions entailed all previous work on the issue along with possible issues that were now addressed. Dropped off vehicle on a Friday and no word or contact. Called late Monday. The customer service person was at lunch. No call back. I called again and service was not started yet. The next day I called again. Same issue as before. CSR was busy and would call back. Never did. I called late in the day and she told me that they checked the fluids and looked at the code. I had asked to change the fluids not check them. The next day I finally received the car after again calling to see if it was ready. A week later the code came back and was not resolved. I wasted 5 days and spent money for service that I thought a dealership could handle. And I’m no further along than when I started. At this point I don’t trust the work I was billed for. Never again More

Service department is a joke. Have taken it in for oil changes and the technicians have missed obvious leaks and left drain plug loose. Had to bring it back to have work redone af Have taken it in for oil changes and the technicians have missed obvious leaks and left drain plug loose. Had to bring it back to have work redone after a gasket failed with in 6k miles. Was told there was no issue with my transmission when it does have an issue. No communication unless I call. Will be taking my business elsewhere More

I went in for an oil change and the service dept found problem that seems to have been caused by a the last oil change I had done at drive and shine. The tech was very thorough and I ended up needing a sm problem that seems to have been caused by a the last oil change I had done at drive and shine. The tech was very thorough and I ended up needing a small equipment replacement as a result. This could have ended up an expensive repair. I will only take my vehicle to Michiana CJE from now on for my oil changes. Thanks guys! More

I went in to have my vehicle looked at. I was never informed that I would be charged for this. I hadn't been charged the time before. So I was not expecting it. But I also deserve to be informed of any fees that would be assessed. The lady at the desk also never really acknowledged me and when she did, I was spoken to as if I were an inconvenience or stupid. Rude and unprofessional. Won’t respond to emails , her attitude and demeanor are trash . I’d be embarrassed to have her working for a company like this . They told me $200 for a diagnostic, then it turned into $500 then it ended with me paying $824 for JUST telling me the issues . I will never go back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO BODY TO GO THERE !!!! Take your time and money to someone who can get the job done !!!!! More
