Came in for a scheduled repair at 8:00 was told that 12:30 in the afternoon that they had just decided if they're going to put it on service bulletin instead of the Ford warranty that I had purchased an 12:30 in the afternoon that they had just decided if they're going to put it on service bulletin instead of the Ford warranty that I had purchased and then asked me to wait another 3 hours for them to repair it . Can't for the life of me figure out why they didn't start the repair at 8:00 in the morning and as the job progressed then decided how it was going to be charged or billed .at which time I made an appointment for the following week and set roughly another 3 hours for them to finish up the job More

I waited for over a total of 12 hours for my truck to be repaired. I can't back 3 times for the same issue. I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle. I wasn't even offered a courtesy ride instead of having to wait repaired. I can't back 3 times for the same issue. I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle. I wasn't even offered a courtesy ride instead of having to wait at the dealership. I was given a 9:30 appointment, and my vehicle sat in the same spot until 2😤. I had to take off work twice, and lost my job😞. I have a full coverage warranty and can't understand why I wasn't assisted with better care or customer service. There wasn't any communication concerning my vehicle until I asked the fifth time. Another person had to look into what was going on just for anyone to get back to me. #Poorcustomerservice More
