Worst customer experience you could imagine. Had to battle over new car advertised price and trade-in value for nearly 3 hours. Not once did they show me around the dealership, lounge, service d Had to battle over new car advertised price and trade-in value for nearly 3 hours. Not once did they show me around the dealership, lounge, service dept or offer me a water, coffee or even say hello when I walked in the door for my appointment. Funny how they advertise their pride of offering the "red carpet" treatment on their website. I spent 54K on a new car and I'm still getting emails from their people asking me to make an appt. They dont have a clue. More

I enjoyed my time with the professional expertise and thoughtful people at Napleton Kia. Mike helped with financing the best deal and giving me the best advice. Finance department was great.
