MY LAST SERVICE VISIT TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS WAS EXCELLENT! I WAS ABLE TO MEET WIYH THE SERVICE MANAGER, MR ANDREW BARRY, AND DISCUSS MY 2 PREVIOUS NEGATIVE DAYS LONG EXPERIENCES! I HAD PREVIOUSLY EXCELLENT! I WAS ABLE TO MEET WIYH THE SERVICE MANAGER, MR ANDREW BARRY, AND DISCUSS MY 2 PREVIOUS NEGATIVE DAYS LONG EXPERIENCES! I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN MISINFORMED ABOUT WHO THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS AND APOLOGIZED FOR MY NEGATIVE COMMENTS UNDER HIS NAME. MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED AND I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE HIM THE HIGHEST COMPLIMENT FOR HIS PROFESSIONALISM, LISTENING, UNDERSTANDING, AND HIS VALUABLE TIME AS WELL! MANDAL HAS AN AMAZING FACILITY AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH THE AWESOME STAFF I'M WORKING WITH. I SPENT 2 FULL DAYS (18 HOURS) IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR MINIMAL SERVICES! AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE WATER LEAKING INTO MY BRAND NEW VANS ENGINE COMPARTMENT "LOOKED AT ONLY" TO DETERMINE IF TH MINIMAL SERVICES! AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE WATER LEAKING INTO MY BRAND NEW VANS ENGINE COMPARTMENT "LOOKED AT ONLY" TO DETERMINE IF THEY WANT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE LEAKING PARTS, I WAS TOLD BY YHE SERVICE MANAGER AFTER A 9.5 HOUR WAIT ONE DAY THAT "SERVICE APPOINTMENTS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING!" IT'S JUST FOR US TO WRITE UP THE TICKET! SADLY, THE CUSTOMERS TIME, WHO ARE THE REASON THEY HAVE A JOB, ARE NOT CONSIDERED IMPORTANT TO "SOME" EMPLOYEES! IF A SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEE AGREES ON A SERVICE AND TIME FRAME TO HAVE A PROBLEM "EVALUATED ONLY", THEN A CUSTOMER SHOULDN'T BE HELD THERE FOR 9.5 HOURS! More
