I took my new Passport back for a second time to have something tightened that should have been done the first time. I waited over two hours and was then told it would take all day. This was not the first time this has happened at this dealership to me. They need a checklist for every repair so they get it the first time. Everyone was very courteous and they did have some to drive me home. That is a good service. More
