Purchasing our new Pilot was a wonderful experience from the first contact via a phone call to Lee delivering the vehicle to our home! I was curious about the price of a new pilot so I looked on the Costc the first contact via a phone call to Lee delivering the vehicle to our home! I was curious about the price of a new pilot so I looked on the Costco auto program. Within a couple of minutes, Lee Walls sent me an email and called me to ask if he could help in any way. I let him know Lou Sobh was over an hour from my house so I would like buy one from a dealer closer to my house, but I would like to know some details about the pilot and price. He sent me pictures and pricing on the unit I was interested in. His salesmanship, mannerism, and follow up was beyond any other sales person I have dealt with on many car purchases. I explained I wanted a tow hitch installed and I would not be willing to drive over an hour to the dealer another day. Lee offered to have the hitch installed and deliver the new pilot to my house. This was BEYOND any customer service I could image. That was the decision point that he had went beyond my expectations so I made the decision I was buying the car from Lee and driving the distance to buy the new car. We got to the dealer at closing time, he had the car back in the front parking space ready for my wife to test drive it and had everything ready to sign. Smooth process!! We agreed on a time for him to deliver it to my house the next day after the hitch was installed. The next morning, he sent me pictures of the new hitch installed and delivered the Pilot to our house! My wife and I cannot imagine a car buying experience could be ANY BETTER that what LEE WALLS provided. He created a “Wow!” experience! Thank you - Michael and Jennifer Rutledge More

You could not find a better, more helpful salesperson than JW (Jeffrey Whitaker). It was a very chaotic and emotional time involving a lot of back-and-forth and stops-and starts on my part. JW was incredibly patient with my questions and understanding about my situation helping me find just the right vehicle with the best financial arrangement. It was only natural that I returned to him when it was time to help our son (on the Autism spectrum) purchase his vehicle - a 2020 Honda Ridgeline. Again, JW was patient beyond compare, patiently answering our son's questions and helping to carefully guide him through the process. Andrew was also very patient and thorough in going through everything involving the finances. As a Honda family, we've also been very happy with Lou Sobh Honda's service department, having gone to them for most of our Honda needs since they opened in Cumming. We've found their prices to be competitive in most circumstances and their service advisors to be very accommodating and knowledgeable.
