Not the fault of any employees but I renewed my lease for new vehicle and a month later my check engine light is on. I apparently had a faulty fuel injector. It is quit concerning considering the car is bran new vehicle and a month later my check engine light is on. I apparently had a faulty fuel injector. It is quit concerning considering the car is brand new, but I am being optimistic and hoping to not have any further issues. Also, the online service scheduling system needs to be updated. If you try to schedule service online, its at least a month wait. Though I called my salesman (Andrew) and he was able to get me an appointment right away as I was not going to wait a month for my new car to be serviced. More

Since under new owners, this dealership and their customer service has declined drastically. Communication is inconsistant. The whole purchasing process is delayed. The whole process was extremely frustrating as someone who works 9-5 and even on weekends so the times that I was able to go to the dealership were always rushed and not much could be done. Overall, I am sure that if I had just gone to the dealership closer to me this process would have been easier. More
