I will never leave Shaker's Hyundai in Watertown, even though I drive 40 minutes to get to Shaker's. (IT'IS WORTH IT)>. I bought my car at a HYUNDAI dealer in Ffld in 2020., issues from the beginning and since the DEALER I purchased it from already had my money, they decided not to bother fixing the issues (certified pre-owned, thus COVERED. It took CORPORATE Hyundai almost 2 years to get their head in the game. BUT< THANKFULLY Shaker's was ALWAYS patient and helpful, and though it took a long time for it to get out of the shop (partially due to the pandemic shutdown), they ALWAYS made sure I had a vehicle to drive, and they ALWAYS addressed any setbacks over those many months. I have had different service managers over the time my car has been there for the original issue, and for an engine issue that was taken care of (again, with a loaner car, which they also dropped off to me due to the drive to get there. I have had exceptional service. There is literally no comparison between Shakers and the other three dealerships I have used, and thankfully, ditched. SO VERY THANKFUL for the service and care that Shaker's has given mem since 2020. I will continue to drive 40 minutes to receive the awesome service that I get EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm a BIG FAN. (Maybe you guys should train the other three duds that I had to deal with since I found Shaker's! =) More

I feel like you can really talk with the staff at the dealership and there is not a feeling of being pushed into any decisions and they're very transparent and professional. I had to wait 2 months to get the second key fob that should have come with my new car. Then I had to make a service appointment to "program" it. You couldn't do when I was there.
