This is the only GMC dealership in Florida with which I will buy or lease a new vehicle. I used to also shop Orange Buick/ GMC but no more. I had been in the buying process for over 3 months. I worked with Andrew. As with Hannah, I give Andrew a 5 STAR rating. Andrew and Hannah are ROCK STARS. Unlike other dealerships that were unwilling t I worked with Andrew. As with Hannah, I give Andrew a 5 STAR rating. Andrew and Hannah are ROCK STARS. Unlike other dealerships that were unwilling to make deals over the phone Andrew was willing to talk numbers which made me feel at ease. Andrew stayed past his quitting time to make the deal and since he was off the next day he had Hannah finish the details. made me feel at ease and made it the experience pleasant. My wife and I made a three-car deal that day and we too were tired. During lunch after completing one transaction (selling one vehicle to CARMAX) we headed to dealer # 2 to buy her a daily driver. We left after failing to meet in the middle and a 'secrecy routine' we did not appreciate. Seems the car we wanted was 'nowhere' within 500 miles but they had a 'secret' alliance where they'd find us one and were not willing to honor the True Car price. During lunch I remarked to my wife how much Americans hate the car buying process. One dealer over the phone had called xx (my wife heard him) when I had mentioned there were dealers in Florida that did not charge 'dealer fees' There's two that I know of. Ironically enough, after lunch both my wife's next dealership as well as Fountaine were withing 5 minutes of each other. as she was dropping me off, I saw a fellow I presumed to be Andrew moving my truck and as we exchanged glances he figured I was the man behind the phone that wanted to buy the GMC 3500 Denali. Here's where the story takes a pleasant turn. My wife's daily driver deal took all of :45 minutes and she got the color she wanted and saved $1500 dollars. When she came to pick me up, I was finishing with finance. Easy Peacey. Not often one makes a three car deal in one day worth an estimated 150k not including financing. Glad it's over but again, Fountaine, CarMax and Dealer X made the day pleasant. More
