We wanted to look at a pre-owned vehicle on a Sunday. I called and learned this dealership is not open on Sundays. I was transferred to Andrew who worked with me and my husband so we could see the vehicl I called and learned this dealership is not open on Sundays. I was transferred to Andrew who worked with me and my husband so we could see the vehicle shortly before closing time on Friday evening. Andrew also worked with us through text and phone for pre-approval for financing, trade in value, and responding to questions we had. Once we arrived at the dealership, Andrew had the vehicle waiting for us to see and drive, just as he said he would. By the time we did all of this, it was after closing time. However, Andrew and the Jessica, in financing, stayed with us until +/- 10 pm to finalize the sale of the vehicle we went to look at. Throughout this process, we never felt pressured to purchase any vehicle. My husband was so pleased with the process and dealership; he even asked Andrew to be on the lookout for a specific vehicle that he may want to purchase.
